For the next 31 days (during the month of January), I will be posting a different pair of earrings every day.
Day 31 -- January 31 This is the last pair of earrings for my #januearring challenge. They are made from several different kinds of washers from the hardware store. |
Day 30 -- January 30 The earrings for day 30 of my #januearring challenge are another really great thrift shop find. I did some minor work on them before i could wear them, and I'm pretty sure they could pass as the real thing. I love costume jewelry |
Day 29 -- January 29 The earrings for day 29 of my #januearring challenge are in celebration of my home state Kansas's birthday. They are multi-colored beaded hoops much like my favorite cake sprinkles. |
Day 28 -- January 28 I love the earrings for day 28 of my #januearring challenge. They are gold and turquoise enameled daisies. |
Day 27 -- January 27 The earrings for day 27 of my #januearring challenge are gold hoops made from hearts. Like many of my earrings, they were a gift from my mom. |
Day 26 -- January 26 The earrings for day 26 of my #januearring challenge are simple yet elegant. I love calla lilies and pearls so these really quite the perfect earrings. |

Day 24 -- January 24 The earrings for day 24 of my #januearring challenge are one of my more unique pairs. They are fishing lures (flies) my dad made for me when I first got my ears pierced. |
Day 23 -- January 23 The earrings for day 23 of my #januearring challenge are another pair of vintage charms I repurposed. I love their Edwardian feel. |

Day 19 -- January 19 The earrings for day 19 of my #januearring challenge are so dainty and wonderful. I got them from my mother in law many moons ago. They always make me think of a tea set or a set of good China from the early 1900's. |

Day 14 -- January 14 For day 14 of my #januearring challenge I chose my yup yups. They were always one of my favorite things about Sesame Street. The bit with the yup yups and the telephone...priceless!! |

Day 12 -- January 12
The earrings for day 12 of my #januearring challenge are made from gold washers from the hardware store. They felt most appropriate for today as it is my Grandpa's 90th birthday. He was a huge part of what inspired me when I created my hardware line of jewelry. He's hands down one of the coolest people I know and I'm proud to be his granddaughter. |
Day 11 -- January 11 Day 11's earrings for my #januearring challenge are seafoam owls. For some reason these always make me think of tiny chocolate owl candies. |

Day 9 -- January 9 The earrings for day nine of my #januearring challenge are made out of door hinges and vintage pearls. They're untraditional and spunky and one of my favorite designs |
Day 8 -- January 8 For day eight of my #januearring challenge, I chose my chocolate cupcake earrings. They were handmade (not by me) out of polymer clay and always make me hungry when I wear them. |
Day 7 -- January 7 The earrings for day seven of my #januearring challenge are yellow ceramic daises that came all the way from Spain. Once they finally made the long voyage overseas, I paired them with fun seafoam rhinestone beads. They're just what a cold January day needs--a reminder that spring will be here soon enough. |
Day 6 -- January 6 The earrings for day six of my #januearring project are super random (kinda like me)! They are squirrels with tassels. Because it's Friday and I thought this day could use a little something special. |
Day 5 -- January 5 The earrings for day five of my #januearring challenge are one of my oldest pairs of earrings. My parents brought them back from a trip they took to Texas right after I got my ears pierced. They make me want to say "there's a snake in my boot" for some reason :) |
Day 4 -- January 4 The earrings for day four of my #januearring challenge are one of my favorites (yes, I know, I have a lot of favorites). They are turquoise rhinestone drop earrings that are light and dangly and super fun to wear. In the background is a super fabulous handbag my friend @darciba made. |
Day 3 -- January 3 My earrings for day three of my #januearring challenge were handmade by the very talented Ann Widner from @mylittlevisions. They are even more gorgeous in person. |
